Clare Lakes graduated from the School of Occupational Therapy, Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh, Scotland. She has many years of clinical experience working in physical and mental health rehabilitation in both the private and public sectors. Her career as an OT has taken her to positions in Australia, New Zealand and the UK. Clare’s clinical interests lie in chronic pain self-management and facilitating behaviour change. She enjoyed working at the Complex Pain Clinic at St. Paul’s Hospital for over 20 years where she had the privilege of working with and learning from people experiencing persistent pain.
